Description
Construction of a retail sorting platform in a ‘Built to suit’ logic for an important player in the e-commerce sector. The project involves a 6,800 sqm warehouse with 8 loading points and 2,300 sqm offices. The structure is prefabricated in c.a.v. and c.a.p with a bac-acier type roof and infill in concrete panels. The plant engineering works that serve the building will also be carried out, such as the urbanization works and all the external arrangements (plot area of 70,000 sqm). The building will be LEED certified.
