Construction of a new mixed-use centre consisting of 4,000 sqm of retail space on the ground floor, 3,600 sqm of executive offices on the first floor and 400 sqm of open common area on the first floor. Construction of an outdoor parking area of 3,000 sqm. Realization of civil works and MEP installations.
