Description
Construction of a logistics hub consisting of a 60,000 sqm warehouse complete with 39 loading bays and 2,100 sqm of office space. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and pretensioned reinforced concrete and contemplates a bacacier type roof and precast concrete and metal panel walling. The project includes MEP installation works and all external works.
