DESCRIPTION
Design and renovation of a former yarn processing factory for the development of a modern retail centre for local craftsmen. The project includes 130 retail spaces for a total surface area of 34,000 sqm and 90,000 sqm of outdoor area for parking space and landscaping. Realization of all civil works and MEP installations.
