DESCRIPTION
Construction of a logistics hub consisting of 20,000 sqm warehouse incorporating 23 loading bays and 250 sqm of furnished office space and 1,200 sqm not furnished. The facility is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced cement, pretensioned reinforced cement, refrigeration unit grade insulation panels (0-4 °C), and covered with a bac-acier roof. MEP installations, offsite works and external works are included (plot area 50,000 sqm).
