DESCRIPTION

Construction of the new offices (Class A) in the Sofia Airport Centre. The project is certified as a LEED Silver “Green Building”. The total office area is 19,000 sqm and the underground parking area 13,000 sqm. Realization of all civil works, MEP installations and development of the outdoor area including a 5,000 sqm lake.
