DESCRIPTION
Construction of a new logistics hub consisting of a 80,000 sqm warehouse with 78 loading bays and 2,200 sqm reserved for offices and facilities. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and pretensioned reinforced concrete. It contemplates a bacacier type roof and precast concrete and metallic panel walling. The project includes MEP installation works and all external works (plot area 140.000 sqm).
