Polo Logistico Fara in Sabina

Construction of a logistics platform consisting of a single-storey warehouse of approximately 56,000 sqm equipped for the storage and distribution of goods. The main building is completed by mezzanines used for offices, covering an area of ​​approximately 2,200 sqm and by a portion of rustic mezzanines for approximately 2,000 sqm. At the end of construction, the intervention will be subject to an environmental certification procedure according to the LEED protocol: LEEDv4 – BD + C – Warehouses, LEED Gold.
