Description
Construction of a logistics platform consisting of a single-storey warehouse of approximately 56,000 sqm equipped for the storage and distribution of goods.
The main building is completed by mezzanines used for offices, covering an area of approximately 2,200 sqm and by a portion of rustic mezzanines for approximately 2,000 sqm.
At the end of construction, the intervention will be subject to an environmental certification procedure according to the LEED protocol: LEEDv4 – BD + C – Warehouses, LEED Gold.
