3. Purpose and Legal Basis for processing

We analyse cookies and browsing data and information provided voluntarily to improve our website, its usability and the quality of the services offered. 3.5 Manage the Website Security and Prevent Computer Fraud
The data controller is required to ensure the security of its website and to prevent computer fraud in fulfillment of legal obligations or for judicial purposes. Therefore, the processing of personal data is necessary to ensure an adequate level of protection of information referring to the website users. We pursue this purpose on the basis of the legitimate interest. Art. 6 1) f) GDPR.
4. Data recipients
The Processing is carried out directly by the Data Controller’s organization, through appropriately designated and instructed persons, who will act as authorized people as well as by external companies that perform services on behalf of the Controller (such as, hosting management), acting as Data Processors pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR (e.g. companies that provide IT services) only for the purposes defined in this privacy policy. 5. Social network
Our site contains social buttons so-called widgets depicting the icons of social networks (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), which allow users to reach and interact directly on the Company’s corporate pages on social networks with one click. To access the social network, the user must use personal login information.
When the user is on the social network, the latter acts as data controller and defines the management and processing of users’ personal data in total autonomy.
6. Security
Data processing is carried out with computer, IT procedures or other automated means strictly related to the purposes pursued. The Data Controller has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security, in compliance with Article 32 GDPR. The security measures include encryption of communications.
7. Data Retention
Personal data will be processed and stored for the time necessary to pursue the specific purpose for which it was collected. Data retention refers to the specific categories of data, in accordance with the principles of proportionality and necessity. Data retention have been defined for each purpose:
The data necessary to pursue the purpose mentioned in paragraph 3.2 (contact request) will be processed for the time necessary to answer to the request and will be deleted once the contact request has been handled.
The data necessary to pursue the purpose mentioned in paragraph punto 3.3 (Candidate Selection and Recruitment) will be kept for the time necessary for the fulfilment of the activity. CVs and personal information are kept for a period of 24 months from their collection, after which they are deleted from the digital area dedicated to candidates.
The data necessary to pursue the purpose mentioned in paragraph 3.5 (Manage site security and prevent computer fraud) will be retained to the extent required by law and for as long as the need for processing persists to fulfill said legal obligations or for that which is necessary for the expiration of the prescriptive period of any legal action.
