The realization of the project includes: a shopping gallery on the ground floor 6,000 sqm, offsite roadworks and landscaping 20,000 sqm, a hypermarket on the first floor 8,700 sqm, covered plant rooms and second floor rooftop area, covered parking area on the ground floor 8,700 sqm, outside parking and loading areas on the first floor 5,600 sqm. Realization of all civil works and MEP installations.
