Construction of a commercial and residential complex close to the center and the University of Regensburg. The buildings are developed on two underground levels for parking and eleven above ground levels designed to accommodate shops, services and 540 ca apartments. Project surfaces: total area ca 12,330 sqm, expected high area ca 30,600 sqm of which 7,000 sqm of commercial and service area and ca 23,600 sqm of living area
