DESCRIPTION
Construction of a logistics hub consisting of 40,000 sqm warehouse with 95 loading bays. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and pretensioned reinforced concrete and contemplates wing-shaped roofing beams and precast concrete panel walling. The project includes MEP installation works, offsite works and all external works (plot area 75,000 sqm).
