DESCRIPTION
Construction of a logistics hub consisting of 21,000 sqm warehouse with 32 loading bays, 14,000 sqm of steel mezzanine on two levels and 2,500 sqm of office space. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and pretensioned reinforced concrete, with a bacacier type roof and precast concrete and metallic panel walling. The project includes MEP installations, offsite works and all external works (plot area 50,000 sqm). The building is LEED Silver certified.
