DESCRIPTION

Realization of a new mixed-use Centre for retail, offices and a hotel. The centre is an eight-storey structure, plus two underground levels. The total surface area is 20,000 sqm. Realization of all civil works and MEP installations. The building is certified as a LEED Gold “Green Building”.
