DESCRIPTION
Construction of a logistics platform for Amazon, consisting of a 189,000 sqm multi-storey warehouse distributed over 4 floors, of which 137,000 sqm dedicated to robotic warehousing and 5,500 sqm to offices. The complex is also equipped with 65 loading bays. The facility is entirely prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete, pretensioned reinforced concrete, and concrete and metallic insulation panels all covered with a bacacier type roof. The project includes MEP installation works, offsite works and all external works (plot area 193,000 sqm). The building is BREEAM Very Good certified.
