Logistic Warehouse Arluno – Makita S.p.A.

The project involves a new production centre and office block promoted by the company Makita SpA. The building, with a footprint of about 17,000 sqm, is designed as a precast structure covered by a flat roof realized in bacacier. On the ground floor, designed for a productive use, there are a storage with 10 loading points and an annexed office, a block for facilities and bathroom, a showroom with a room for training and demonstration and a specific unit where goods are received and repaired. The first floor, of about 700 sqm, is reserved for the offices, sanitary facilities and utility rooms. MEP Project, works of urbanization and landscape design operations (inside and outside the area) are an integral part of the project.
