Techbau plans a quality system to monitor all activities relevant to providing high performance to its clients. The project quality control system (the famous “Qualitech”) includes procedures and inspection sheets for each activity.
Qualitech is “the pinnacle of the pyramid” of our project quality control system and contains documents that establish duties, responsibilities, and procedures for the execution, supervision, and control of the work.
Qualitech is applied by Techbau and its main suppliers: subcontractors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
The organization of the project and the relationships between the project team and Techbau’s headquarters – documents and reference standards
Criteria and frequencies of inspections
Management software to be implemented for sharing project information, documents, inspection results, RFIs, hitches, etc…
The procedures for carrying out project processes and activities
